Love the couch, beautiful, and comfortable. Luna customer service has been very responsive, we had a small tear in leather at delivery on one piece. They immediately sent a tech to recover the piece.

Things I was worried about but turned out to be just fine: Feet slipping- they don't, they grip. Low back- actually nice for lounging, this sectional is in our casual family room. Quality of cushions- they start firm, become more comfortable with use but not too flat, which is great. There are feathers, which I like. Really glad that each section is independent, so we can reconfigure, but also it could fit up the narrow staircase. Very pleased with the quality. The delivery was flawless- on time, no damage (even though I panicked after I ordered and read so many bad online reviews). Highly recommend both the sectional and Luna furniture. Luna saved us so much money compared to the local furniture stores. For reference, I live in Northern Virginia.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my dinning room set. It took me a year or maybe even longer to find the set I was looking for. I had no idea what that would look like but I would know if I saw it. I knew I wanted something grayish. It is the perfect blend of colors of with a hint of brown. It gives my dinning room that family cozy style and elegance that I was looking for. I can dress it up or down to give the room the look that I want. I'm very pleased with my purchase of this set.

The back rest has four sections and they hold you wonderfully. Zero clearance is AMAZING! Couple inches away from the wall and still can recline. The spice color is beautiful along with the throw pillows!
