Same-Day Delivery: 

We offer same-day delivery to Houston area for the products that display "SAME-DAY DELIVERY" badge. If these products are ordered by 12pm Monday to Friday, they will be delivered the same day by 10pm. If they are ordered after 12pm, delivery will be the next business day. Same-Day Delivery is not available Saturdays and Sundays.

We also offer 1-7 Days Delivery to specific areas for the products that display "SAME-DAY DELIVERY" badge

  • 1 to 7 Business Days: Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Waco, Temple, Killeen, College Station, and Bryan areas & their surroundings

Delivery date may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, shipping volumes and force majeure for the other locations.

Please note that changes in inventory or delivery capacity, as well as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, may delay delivery of your order. 

Assembly Service:

Assembly service is separate from our delivery service. Assembly service includes unpacking and installation, but NOT include disposal of any packaging and cleaning up of work space after completion of assembly.

Damaged Products & Missing Pieces:

Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.
